چکیده
During these more than 20 years of evolution in understandings the mechanisms heart failure (HF) with preserved fractional ejection, there has been a rich variety terminology, including „diastolic failure“, „heart systolic function“ and fraction“. By defi nition, latter term “ejection fraction-induced failure” proved to be most appropriate was accepted as correct, presence diastolic dysfunction is not unique only this group exists patients, albeit subclinically discrete disturbance longitudinal function left ventricle against background ejection fraction. The problem, however, value fraction or paradox combination well-functioning classic symptoms failure, but non-infl uence prognosis patients way it suppressed EF. Unlike reduced fraction, results HF EF do mark expected so far are enough effective promising therapies.
